Is this a side effect?

It's the first question most people ask when something new shows up during treatment. I Feel You can't answer it for you — only your care team can. What it can show you is whether you're alone.

What the counts show

When you log a symptom, you can see how many reports of that same symptom have come from people on the same cancer medicines: from people using I Feel You, and from the FDA's public reports. If others have reported it too, that's worth knowing, and worth mentioning to your care team.

What the counts don't show

  • Whether your medicine caused the symptom.
  • How common it is. A count isn't a rate.
  • How serious it is, or what will happen to you.

Counts only appear once enough people have reported the same thing, so no one can be singled out.

How to use it

  1. Log the symptom on a body map, in everyday words.
  2. See how many others on the same medicines reported it.
  3. Download a one-page summary of what's ongoing and what's resolved.
  4. Bring it to your next appointment, or call your care team sooner if you're worried.

If something feels severe or like a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away.
